Dana Fleetwood

President & CEO

Dana Fleetwood serves as President & CEO of ValPoint Operating, LLC and ValPoint Energy Partners II, LLC, where she oversees the company's operations — from drilling and development decisions to land and regulatory compliance — and leads the negotiation and structuring of ValPoint's prospect and transaction agreements across both the acquisition and divestiture sides of the business. Prior to this role, Dana was Vice President of Land at ValPoint. She brings over 20 years of experience in land, with expertise in leasing, title curative work, due diligence, and regulatory compliance across large prospect development and acquisition. Before joining ValPoint, she worked at Pablo Energy II, LLC as a Landman/Division Order Analyst. Dana holds a B.S. from West Texas A&M University, is a Certified Professional Landman (CPL) through the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), and has served as Chairman of the Panhandle Producers and Royalty Owners Association (PPROA).

Bill Smith

Director of Geosciences

Bill serves as Director of Geosciences for ValPoint Operating, LLC and ValPoint Energy Partners II, LLC. He is a petroleum geologist with 47 years of experience in oil and gas exploration and development. His career began in 1979 with Samedan Oil Corporation, followed by roles at Bracken Exploration and Bracken Operating. In 2008 he founded W.M. Smith Energy, focusing on horizontal drilling opportunities. Bill has been directly responsible for the drilling and development of over 250 wells within Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas. He holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Oklahoma, and has served as President of the Oklahoma City Geological Society and as a Director of the Oklahoma Geological Foundation.

Jennie Hon

Vice President of Finance and CFO

Jennie serves as Vice President of Finance and CFO for ValPoint Operating, LLC and ValPoint Energy Partners II, LLC. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in finance and operations across the energy and industrial sectors, strengthening financial performance, improving internal controls, and driving strategic and operational efficiency. She has led finance organizations through complex capital projects, enhanced project cost management discipline, and supported executive decision-making that improved business performance and accountability. Her executive experience includes serving as Vice President of Finance for Oilwell Operators and VP and CFO of Energy Back Office Solutions. She has also held financial leadership roles with Hunting, Agrium, ConocoPhillips, and Celanese. Jennie holds a B.B.A. in Accounting from West Texas A&M University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.

Matt Ramsden

VP of Engineering

Matt Ramsden joined ValPoint in 2016 and now serves as the Vice President of Engineering for ValPoint Operating LLC & ValPoint Energy II, LLC, where he oversees reservoir, drilling, completions and production engineering. His engineering experience includes frac design, operational logistics, and production optimization. Before joining ValPoint, he held engineering supervisory roles at GoFrac LLC and has consulted for numerous companies across the Marcellus Shale, Barnett Shale, and Permian Basin. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University. Matt resides in Fort Worth with his wife and 3 daughters.

Doug Fisk

Management Advisor

Doug Fisk founded Strong Point, which grew into ValPoint Energy Partners, LLC. Following a successful divestiture with Devon Energy, Doug led the team in launching ValPoint Energy Partners II, LLC. Doug previously served as Chief Executive Officer of ValPoint Operating, LLC and ValPoint Energy Partners II, LLC and now serves as Management Advisor.
